Chal Mera Putt is a light-hearted comedy about a group of illegal immigrants living in the city of Birmingham. The film explores the struggles they face, the lasting friendships they make and the challenges they overcome while trying to get their PR.
The film written by Rakesh Dhawan started its Principal photography between May and June 2019 in Birmingham. The soundtrack of the film is composed by Dr Zeus and Gurcharan Singh, which features vocals from Gill, Gurshabad, Nimrat Khaira, and Bir Singh.
It was released in India on 26 July 2019. As of 4 August 2019, the film has grossed ₹205 million (US$3.0 million) globally.
